CDK HELP DESK

I have been gone for a few years now took a leave of absence when I left it was ADP came back to CDK I know things change but changing for the worse in a more customer service world when did ADP just give up I get better help at the self service gas station clerk WOW its horrible

I always create a case thru the support tab. They usually get back to me the next day. Better than being on hold forever.

Q: How many ADP/CDK support staff does it take to change a light bulb?
A: Four.
One to ask "What is the registration number of the light bulb?", one to ask
"Have you tried rebooting it?", another to ask "Have you tried reinstalling it?"
and the last one to say "It must be your hardware because the light bulb in our office works fine..." :roll:

I never called them. Electronic communications with CDK is much faster
