Did you try double spacing the report?
Other option may work......

Characters are printing too large or small, or report will not fit on page

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Description

When printing a form, report or other document, the characters are too large or too small. This may cause a form or report to not fit properly on the page.

This is caused by an incorrect Characters Per Inch (CPI) setting in SPC (Spooler Printer Setup).
To view the settings:
1. From the MAINT account, launch function SPC (Spooler Printer Setup).
2. Select Update.
3 Enter the Formqueue.
4. Check the CPI field to make sure it is at the desired pitch setting. Note: A smaller CPI setting produces the larger print font. For example:
10 CPI (80 columns) would be the largest font.
16 CPI (132 columns) would be the smallest font.

Solution

Change CPI in SPC.

Note: Updating the SPC setting may affect other reports on the system. CDK recommends that you switch the printer back once after printing the one report.

1. From the MAINT account, launch function SPC (Spooler Printer Setup).

2. Select Update.

3 Enter the Formqueue.

4. Tab over to the Characters per Inch (CPI) field and change it to the
desired pitch setting.
Note: A smaller CPI setting produces the larger print font. For example: 10 CPI (80 columns) would be the largest font.
16 CPI (132 columns) would be the smallest font.

5. Press F5 to save.
