e-mail addresses

Is anyone capturing e-mail addresses on their customers yet, and putting them in the customer master?

We would like to print these addresses on our invoices just like their physical address or phone number. But E-Z froms has not been able to help us pull this info yet.

Currently, we cannot print your customer's e-mail address on Invoices. However, I have logged your request as an enhancement and will prioritize this capability for a future release.

In the meantime, would a blank e-mail window on your invoice that asks your customers to fill-in their e-mail address help (or reminds your cashier to request this information)? Also, you could use Executive Assistant to query your Common Name and Address for current e-mail addresses and use it as a listing.

Let me know more about how you were planning to use the e-mail on your invoice and perhaps we can come up with a work around today.
