New ADP user..

Hey folks, I am a new ADP Websuite 2006 user. I have used EDS for the past 18 years and making this move is not going as easy as I thought it would. I emailed Matt with this same question so I will post it here, does anyone have any cheat sheets for creating invoices, both retail and wholesale, billing to RO's, and just creating a stock order? My new owners did not purchase the training onsite, and I am doing Coach training as quickly as possible but it's a little to late, we go live next week and I at least want to be able to bill out parts the rest I will pick up on. I have read manual after manual and all of the help on ADP's website but I am pulling out what is left on my bald head.. Any help you guys can give me would be much appreciated..

Check on ADP Deale Suite, there are quick reference cards there that you can print out and/or order.

I don't understand how anybody can make a switch like that with no on-site training-that's nuts!!!

Thanks for the reply Tex.. I hear what you are saying but this was my doing, I changed dealers, after being a Counterman then Manager at the same place for 18 years I decided it was time to take a step back and relax for a change, I went from running 4 franchises (plus 4 GM franchises) down to 1 and for more money to boot... As for the ADP problem, I figured it out today with the help of a ADP teacher Don White, the ADP set up person never set up the wcash account correctly, he set it to sell at list with no tax when it should have been at list - %.. once that is fixed tomorrow ( no one trusts me with OSOP access yet) it will be fine... It's not as easy as it sounds sometimes.
With ADP you have to set up your sources and source pricing structures and then set up your invoicing/workorder pricing.
It will drive you crazy until you get a handle on it.
