Matt not that im trying to slam ADP
but your response time on my case was quicker than ADP,s
I opened the case right before posting my comment, your response was that same night, someone from ADP called me the next day.
I believe when we are ganging up on you like we do this is one of the reasons why
24 hour call back on a high priority case,
i can only think that if the hotel your staying at responded to a high priority complaint such as mine and they got back to you 24 hours later you would think twice about there service.
