This case shows as closed? Being that you asked me to look at it am I missing something? I can not see the case details from where zi am at but my call center looked it up and advised me.

Matt not that im trying to slam ADP
but your response time on my case was quicker than ADP,s
I opened the case right before posting my comment, your response was that same night, someone from ADP called me the next day.
I believe when we are ganging up on you like we do this is one of the reasons why
24 hour call back on a high priority case,
i can only think that if the hotel your staying at responded to a high priority complaint such as mine and they got back to you 24 hours later you would think twice about there service.
