We switched to ACS (automotive computer services) out of Mobile, AL.
And couldn't be happier, the savings alone is significant much less calling tech support and reaching a person as well as better software. It's not perfect but neither was ADP

We recently switched to ADP Drive...I am less than impressed. A friend at another dealer had already switched to it and warned me about it. Its very slow and seems to have a lot of 'bugs' they need to work out. I used R&R at a previous job and I miss it! It didn't seem to have the problems ADP does.
