ADP/ARO/Chrysler

Anyone experienced issues with Chryslers ARO ordering system not picking up sales history on supersessions. It seems that ARO like RIM is not picking this up hence, the new part is not being placed on order until it meets suggested reorder point. For those on ADP, please show an example/suggestion of an English Statemt that will link old and new sales history to pull these numbers in the open.
