How do reset the defaults settings on the lazer printers? Our service RO writer is in a public area, and evidently we had someone play with it over the long weekend. The forms are losing the left edge information. (in other words the form is off center towards the left.) Thanks, wanted to try posting it here and getting written information for future referance.

To reset the factory defaults on a Lexmark Laser Printer (Optra S):
1.) Touch the menu button on your printer operator panel until the "TESTS MENU" is displayed.
2.) Select the "TESTS MENU".
3.) Touch the menu button until "FACTORY DEFAULTS" is displayed.
4.) Select "FACTORY DEFAULTS".
5.) Select "RESTORE".

NOTE: If your printer has any custom settings (i.e. tray renumbering, power saver, toner saver, etc. this customization will need to be re-entered).

**** Also, have you first tried to do an EZ Forms printer reset to correct the mis-printing? If not:
1.) From a command line type FXMAIN <enter>.
2.) Then type RESET XX <enter> (where XX is your printer ID).
