EDS-PROBLEMS FOR NON-GM USERS

FACTORY/DEALER COMMUNICATIONS CLUMSY, SOMETIMES UNAVAILABLE. SALESLINE UNABLE TO CO-EXIST WELL WITH NON-GM LINE, FORCED TO DO ALOT OF IMPROVISING.FINANCIAL STATEMENT/WARRANTY DOWNLOADS STILL A PROBLEM FOR VARIOUS TRANSMISSIONS.ANYBODY ELSE HAVING THE SAME OR SIMILAR PROBLEMS, LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY HAPPY SOLUTIONS.

Hi from the former controller at Jeff Belzer's. I assume that your difficulty is with the Dodge store communications? I think EDS has enhanced their interface with Chrysler - maybe you don't have the latest update?

I loved that system while I was the controller, but mainly because I took an IBM Query class downtown Mlps and wrote lots of special reports to make it easier. Have you gotten Executive Assistant yet? That can really make your life easier.
