Richard,
There are no "paper" manuals for DMS@NET - everything will be online and can be accessed by clicking the question mark (top portion of any DMS@NET screen). Also, every DMS@NET release contains updates to the online help text and there is an option off the help text menu ("What's New"), which contains release-specific enhancements. Since the implementation of our DMS@NET solution, we have been migrating our user manuals to an online help text format.
Below are some updates as to what's available today and what's coming in the short-term:
* Parts (Version II) for DMS@NET is done except for the Work With Orders module, which will be included in the help text with Release 4630. In addition, Release 4630 will also include some Parts (Version II) format cleanup (i.e. font, bold, italic, margins, etc.) and hyperlinks for all topics.
* Sales for DMS@NET is out there today but needs a complete format cleanup (this is not scheduled at this time).
* Service for DMS@NET (main modules only) will be included with Release 4630.
* SYSOP for DMS@NET Sys Op will be included with Release 4630.
* Accounting for DMS@NET is targeted by the end of the year.
Also, we have started an effort internally that will provide all User Manual's in PDF format on the ARG website in the near future.
Thanks for your question and please reply back if you need any additional information.
