Just wondering if anyone was having problems in Parts since release 4612. I think we MIGHT be having a SOP problem, but it is so random, I can't get a handle on it yet.

Yes! We just went to the new version approx July 1st. We discovered when we receive DRO stock orders the system is searching out any cso orders and filling them. This is causing tons of extra work, and we hate it! We are a large dealer, 30 parts employees. We discovered this the hard way (of course) and we're still trying to get a handle on it. I have complained to EDS and requested an immediate enhancement. They say their looking at it. Today I got a call from a specialist at EDS. He verified they are looking at it and gave me a band-aid to prevent this. Unfortunatly, I believe it doesn't work. He told me the system only searches out un-assighned orders. If this was true they would not be submitted via rapid, but they are. I'm waiting till Tuesday 7-24-01 to discuss it further. (He's off till then). Whom ever the person is that sent this question, please call me. We need to unite our requests to get it corrected ASAP!
