Just a quick question about Gift Certificates. I was wondering if EDS has any offering or integration for Credit Card type Gift Certificates. We are looking to possibly implement this in the near future and are wondering if EDS has this one in the bag, or if someone is using this type of certificates with success.

Sorry about that Matt,
Currently we have paper gift certificates that we sell to customers for use at Alaska Sales and Service. We are looking to replace the paper certificates with the plastic card ones(like you would get at Wal-Mart). We are wondering if there is any integration between Dealerline and a card reader that would keep track of the balance on the card and when someone makes a purchase, it would deduct from the balance on the card.

Now I am starting to confuse myself.

Jason, I am sorry to say we do not have anything in this vein, and are not researching anything like this.
