GM administrative messages

We have not been getting our GM administrative messages for the past week via our EDS system. They used to be delivered on a daily basis. We continue to receive our invoices daily. Is this an isolated problem or a system problem and is there an estimated resolution time?

Steve, I will have the support center look into this ASAP.

Steve, our GM ACCESS support team is investigating this problem. They will work with you directly and I will update this forum when resolved.

IF YOU CALL GM ACCESS HELP DESK AND LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE, THEY WILL EXPLAIN THAT THEY ARE HAVING A SYSTEM PROBLEM, AND AS A TEMP FIX, PASTE THE MESSAGES TO WORD TO PRINT THEM.

Steve, sorry for the delay, I was out at NADA. This problem has been resolved. GM has made a change and it is my understanding that the information you are seeking is now available via Lotus Notes.

We missed seeing you at NADA, but did have a nice conversation with E.V. Roe.
