I tried to load my March Update, to no avail. I like that they are trying to freshen the look of the product, but when is the next major overhaul due?
I would like to see the icons updated a bit, and maybe some other things recolored, or at least customizable. (Make it where I can choose what choose my fonts, my colors, ect)

*UPDATE!* I called the PI help desk yesterday to ask about the problem I had loading the software update, and was told NOT to run it, that they had discovered a bug after it shipped. Wonder why we, as users of this forum have to post these messages? Sorry, but that would be a great way to use this forum, have EDS send us critical information out every once in a while.

Richard, I was not aware that there was a problem with the PI release.

I have been traveling this past week to clients in Florida and have been out of the loop of the office and the Forum.

EDS Technical Support was made aware of this issue last week. Since then our engineers have been working day and night to solve this issue. With their efforts the issue has been found and will be sent via overnight express next week. We are presently testing the fixes in the field at Pilot Sites as we speak. We appologize for this inconvenience.

Loss of RPO Code Descriptions, and VCVS. After I did the last data update, I lost my RPO desriptions, and VCVS. Any ideas if the new update will address these problems?

BTW, I have not recieved a April update yet.

Update ** I got my April update yesterday, and it did fix all the problems.

I loaded the April update yesterday. All problems seem to be fixed.

What happens when a service customer waits 30 days for a problem to get fixed. I do not suppose we will be receiving a credit will we?
