discount off of price matrix

Has anyone ever encountered a case where you give a customer a discount off of your matrix price and when the invoice prints it shows your msrp in the list column and the sale price is the price discounted from matrix?

I have some shops that I sell to at a discount off of matrix not msrp.

Hi KC

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. You didn't mention which system you're on. If you are using R&R then your problem is easily fixed by going into 2565 and changing the PPL to show your MATRIX LIST price code. i.e.; if your Matrix List shows up in your COMP column then you would want to make your PPL code 4, if it's in the TRADE column then make the code 2. Basically - whatever code your using to discount from is what the PPL (Printed Price Level by the way) should show.

Are you on ADP or R&R? If ADP, you need to set up Print List Escalation in OMN for whatever sale type you have set up for that type of customer.
