Alliance and Nissan Warranty

Well, I took the Nissan plunge and as expected walked into a hornets nest. I feel like the guy on the Ed Sullivan Show spinning all of the plates on a stick! Anyway I need some help with downloading Nissan Warranty through ADP Alliance ASAP, ADP tells me that the only training available was from the install team! Any help would be Greatly appreciated since my Nissan rep can't help and ADP says there is none unless I call support on each and every claim.

My expertise is with Elite/Websuite.

But I'm curious what your issue is. Is it:

1. General - Someone new to the warranty process
2. Specific - Coding that Nissan requires to get the warranty paid.
3. Navigation - just can't figure out how to move an RO into the DCS functions.

After 25 years of Chrysler and 9 years of Elite/Websuite I am now using Alliance in a Nissan Store. I have picked up the the coding process (albeit redundant). The problem I have is that apparently downloading claims to Nissan through the DMS is the only way to submit them for payment. Alliance reminds me of the old Autosoft DMS I used 15 years ago. I downloaded some information from the Alliance home page but I am struggling with it. Couple this with Nissan's antiquated claims processing (compared to Chrysler) and I am going nuts. So long story short, Navigation seems to be the problem.

This will give you alot of junk but I don't know the report number for your warranty download
