I'd like to find out how to modify an email template in Drive. Specifically I want to make changes to the form email that is sent out notifying customers their special order parts have arrived.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I tried to have ours modified without success. its not a big enough issue to them to make a change. we just delete the text and enter our message.
