Lost Information

OK, I'll ask here, since nobody else can explain it. Every few months, I lose all my 'shortcuts', ie; I build PF47 as a part #, then have it supercede to the long #, but since PartsLine 2, I lose all this information every few months, and EDS can't figure out why. Each 'shortcut' # is setup as a MP, and don't show up on the phase-out list....so what gives? Anyone else have this problem?

The problem was in my setups. I was only retained Supersessions for 366 days, instead of the recommended 733. Melissa called and helped me make the change, after researching the problem, and duplicating it on her system. Thanks again!
