Steve,
At this time the Parts Ver II application does not allow you to tab down to the customer name field from the Service Order Parts Transaction screen to make changes to the customer name. A change like this would effect both Serviceline and Partsline. We will go ahead and write this up as an enhancement. I t will then be added to our matrix to be prioritized and reviewed by our Change Control Board.
