We have been struggling to get to scheduling ALL appointments on our ADP system and no longer using a shop-track type of sheet. The problem is always overbooking certain techs, ADP does not seem to know that you can't book the same tech for 2 or more customers at the same time. We have had a highly escalated case open with ADP, through our account advocate, for over a week but are still waiting for a "guru" to contact us. I fear that no news is bad news.
3 advisors, 10 techs, 8-5 Mon-Sat, non-ERO, web-suite 2007.
