Multiple screens in webdesking

HAs anyone figured out to do multiple deals in webdesking? My GSM has 3 screens and a new deal always overrides the previous deal. With 3 screens he should be able to move between webdesking and CRM and have multiple deals working. ANy ideas on how to do this? Otherwise you need to move in and out of 3 to 5 different screens to do a different deal and there are always multiple deals working. HELP!
