Release 4612 Documentation?

That's right.....I picked the mad face. We loaded 4612 over the weekend, and walked in Monday to a whole new world. Have had to call support at least 5 times over changes to Partline alone, which really frustrates me, because I normally never have to call for my own department. I have asked each time to have the documentation faxed to me, and each time I have been promised just that. I'm still waiting. Very frustratedly waiting.....

Richard, I apologize for my delay in responding, I was on vacation for the past two weeks and did not check the forum.

It appears you have received the documentation you were requesting.

Richard, a significant problem we have in regards to documentation is that even if we ship it to the Parts Managers attention, many times it gets held up in the business (accounting) office and seems to never get to the intended party in a reasonable time frame. Any suggestions in regards to streamlining communications to department Managers would be greatly appreciated.
