I'm Just wondering what ADP report or function do you use to balance the closed Invoice ( both parts and repair order VS the cash Register at he end of the day..

Manny, we use the Cash Balancing Report (CCBR) from ADP Car!nc. Of course this is something that does not come standard hensforth it will cost you additional money but we find it is worth it.

Ya know it has been a little over 2 years since we moved to ADP and I don't think there is anything worthwhile for a cash balancing report standard. The system is pretty much built on bolted on modules. You might be able to build something in RPG, I am not sure. If you do find something please let us know.

aksales...I will let you know if I find something else. But we might purchase the CCBR.
