Parts not on ADP price tape

We found that 20843216 is not on the ADP price tape. Opened a case with ADP and they verified that this part is not on the price tape and they are sending it up the ladder.

We almost sold this mirror for less than we paid for it.

It also seems like parts that are strickly GMC are not on the price tape.

We are a Cad dealer.

i've added more in the last 2 months than I ever have. THe price tape updates are getting VERY hit or miss....mostly miss.

Price tapes are supplied by the manufacturer. It's not a DMS issue if the manufacturer does not supply the correct info.

Well, I finally heard from ADP.......

There are two price tapes. A GM & GK. The GM is 'Automobile' and the GK is 'Auto/Truck'. Now ADP can not tell me the difference. I would think that GK would be for medium duty.

The part number that started this fits an Escalade. We are a Cadillac dealer, one would think that the part number would be available for a Cadillac dealer to sell......
