cannot search for past invoices

We recently replaced both parts computers and a couple of days ago I was searching for an old (2 weeks ago) invoice by invoice number. Couldn't pull it up. Can only look at todays invoices. We are on Drive. I know it's got to be setting how long we keep invoices in archive, but don't know how to change it. I made a case, but it's still in queue after 3 days.

We are on Websuite 2007...not sure how similar it is to Drive. If you have PDA then hit "S" for setups. Within that menu there is "retention settings". If you have that it may be what you are looking for.

Yes, thanks a lot. I had changed it on the old computer, but couldn't remeber where to go.

Excellent! Yeah, too many settings and not too often that we go in to change them.

DSDA should also work for you. We are on Drive and I use that 20 times a day.
