Split payments

Is it possible to have a repair order with both customer pay and warranty and only close the customer pay part of it and keep the warranty part of it open on ADP?
I have looked all over ADPservices and I have not found anything. Thanks!

The only way I can think of is to "PFC" it and get it printed out so the customer can pay then open it back up for whatever warranty needs there are. As long as it isn't cashiered and the customer pay side of it stays the same you should be good to reprint again once warranty is completed. Not sure how else to do this kind of scenerio. Might get your work in progress and accounting things a bit fuzzy but hey that's why the office staff likes us so much!

There is an ADP Car!nk application called "Car!nk Split Repair Order (CSPO)". FYI It is something that you have to pay additional for but it does give you the ability to split RO's by line.
