FYI - before ADP goes into the witless protection program and changes their name; they are closing open cases without resolving them, or calling you and beating up until you finally just say FINE close it. I have (opps, had) one that had been open for nearly 2 yrs without resolve that they just kept me on the phone for nearly an hour after I told them i really didn't have time today to talk about it.
