Invoice note section

Does anyone know where I can go to modify the notes section at the bottom of a parts invoice, to the left of the totals column where i could put no returns on special orders, electrical, etc.?

ADP uses a rolling 9 mth period, so if sales are in mth 1 and 2, and the next is month 9, that is 3 in 9, if sales months 1, 2 and 10, nope, that is 2 sales in the rolling 9. It takes the number and looks back 9 months.
