So are we sure that Advanced/Harley auto group is the same as Captiva? Slick Willie called me the other day. They certainly do know the law. I've spent a lot of time researching this. There is nothing legally you can do to stop them from calling and they know this. Harassment via interstate phone line won't be considered unless the party is contacting you 3 or more times a day. I like the idea that they might be part of the BBB. This Willie is a real gem. I can't imagine he does much business for Captiva. Must be a young punk kid.

I don't know that Captiva is Advanced/Harley. Any one have a phone number for Captiva? Maybe someone who has done business with them and has an address?

I suppose one could place a big "order" with them; then when it arrives just refuse the shipment. When they call back and ask why, just say, "oh my shipping and receiving man made a mistake", please reship it. Then refuse it again. After about 2 or 3 of these instances I would be willing to bet they do not call anymore.

This company is a joke. I just hang up when I hear his voice. I haven't heard from him in a month or so. Maybe he gave up.

These companies must be multiplying. I have had more calls from all these companies than ever before. I told my guy that if he is selling my # to others I will cease doing business with him. He swears they dont "sell" the #'s. Its starting to get on my nerves.

Two calls in two days from the same idiot from "Advanced Auto". I tried calling that phone number listed in the previous post and they had no salesperson by the name he said.

The right way to get their info is to buy something from them. But I really don't want to give in to them.

Two calls yesterday from some clowns at APW. American Parts Warehouse. It is very annoying when you are busy to get sales calls. You ask them to stop calling, but they keep on doing it!

Two different guys named Jeff called within an hour of each other. Maybe the same guy, who knows.

Anyone hear of this company? Any contact information?
