i would like some feedback on aged inventory
of 9 months no sales,is there a dollar amount
you will keep if there are prior year sales?
or just say bye bye? I go back and forth
when you have a prior year of 3 or more sales
if only there were a crystal ball (ha ha)

i found that when using 9 months no sale
its in your best interest to reveiw prior
year , and 3 hits has been a good barometer
for me, if you have an
aged inventory problem, this gives you an opportunity to sell out of some stock as opposed to eating up reserve, i have found that do to sesonality or just simply a temporary slowdown that these types of parts will reactivate themselves. the guide for years had been over 12, till some pencil pusher decided it was to high, they could'nt
be more wrong
