Has anyone else experinced GM MR problems this year? I have had a lot of things returned to me that SHOULD have been returnable, are returnable in the Price Master, and even charged with a repacking fee. Of course, I am talking about Air Bags. With all the confusion and problems with air bags, we have several that we ordered in the wrong color. I sent them back on a MRP, but 2.5 monthes later, THEY'RE BACK!!!...the note states the packages have been opened. Ok....that's what the repacking charge is for...correct?
Next... what do you do when you return a part in good condition, and when it is sent back in damaged condition? I sent a bedside back, the box was in perfect condition, except it had a name written on the box in magic marker. Fine...I sign off on the repack charge and ship her out. 2 monthes laters, it arrives back...and in terrible shape! The box has all the corners smashed in, and has tape on both of the short ends...
Ok...I call the PDC...and they tell me there is nothing I can do...so...in the end..i am out at least $300 in freight on these parts, and now have a junk bedside...anyone else having this treatment?
Oh...and my APM knows about this situation, and hasn't been able to help, but he is trying, but so far he has gotten No-joy either...
