Last year someone asked this same question, but I thought I would try again. We are thinking of going with their marketing system, (not the CRM, we already use higher gear) which includes emails, website, etc. Has anyone else had any dealings with them, positive or negative?

We have been using a vip card which includes discounts in Service, Parts, Sales and our Detail Shop. We present them in a way that makes them more special than just a regular discount card. We started putting them in a card and using them when we were looking for referrals from the sales customers. It has been working great for referrals and the parts department has alot of people using them.
Also, I have taken over (from an outside company) the maintenance and content of our website. It makes a big difference having someone inside the dealership doing this.
We do have a monthly email newsletter which includes coupons and specials that we have been sending out for about 6 months and it does double our website traffic for about 3 days and has helped alot for promoting online booking of service and buying of parts. I have been using Google conversion tracking to see how many of these email clients purchase parts or look for a new vehicle. Starting the newsletter (sign ups) we offered a chance to win a watch, which was a great way to get a list of names.
We also use Google Advertising to help lead people to our website, the conversion tracking tool also works great for this as it can show us how much each lead has cost us.
