Problem PDC'S

Every since our PDC changed from Atlanta to the one in Brandon,Miss.it has been an absolute nightmare! I may get an order at 10am one day then 5pm the next!or sometimes he will not show up at all! I trying calling the PDC the carrier but nothing changes, and it puts me in a huge bind when my customers or the service dept. would like to know what time will their part show. Does any one else have this problem or I am the only lucky one?
