GM leak tests

You know the leak diagnosis (add dye, check with a black light) that GM publishes at the front of the Engine, cooling, and transmission sections? Has anyone had luck getting the time to pay when added to regular labor hours? The returns for excessive time seem to be piling up.

THE LABOR OPS LISTED ON THE LIST WD&S PUBLISHED IN 1998( BLUE PAPER), ARE STILL PAYING. THEY WERE REMOVED FROM THE LTG, FOR CONVENIENCE. THERE IS A TSB REGARDING THIS. IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS ON CTS, THE LOPS ARE SET UP TO PAY THE MAX OF THE AVERAGE OF A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REPAIRS. THE ADD TIMES ARE STILL VALID. GM HAS JUST CHOSEN TO MAKE IT LESS EASY FOR DEALERS TO CLAIM ALL THEY ARE ENTITLED TO. AT LEAST, THAT IS MY OPINION.
