Hi,
It's been a while since i touched the service numbers and i can't remember how to measure my effective labor rate ? Anyone know where to find an EXCEL template ?

ELR is simply the total labor dollars divided by the total labor hours billed.
Most DMS systems will provide this calculation as part of their Management Reports. Look for the Service Advisor Profit and Performance Report in your respective system.
