electronic dispatch

Has anyone had any success with electronic dispatching? We are a Chevy dealer on the ACS computer system.

We are on UCS and have the TEC system (Technician Electronic Control) We've had it since 1998 and it works very well. Like all systems, you need to keep an eye on it, but it has dramatically improved the efficiency of the shop.

I work with dealerships using several different systems. I find the ADP system one of the best. It is fairly easy to set up (tech skills, etc.), but not foolproof. Agressive technicians will always find a way to "work" they system. Management must monitor dispatch, and advisors MUST review the comments before finalizing the RO.
