OUR CUSTOMERS, BUT IF YOU WANT THEM TO RESPOND AND THEY ARE HAPPY, YOU SHOULD LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THIS SURVEY WILL AFFECT YOUR LIVELY HOOD. WE ALL KNOW UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WILL RESPOND ,IT'S THE MAJORITY HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE.
I'VE DRILLED INTO MY STAFF, ASK FOR THE SURVEY AND THEN ASK FOR THE COMMITMENT THAT THEY WILL SEND IT IN. MOST CUSTOMERS THAT COMMIT WILL FOLLOW THROUGH, SO BE SURE EVERYONE ASKS FOR THE SURVEY. WE HAVE HAD 3 MONTHS RUNNING WITH PERFECT SCORES IN 2 STORES WITH ABOVE AVERAGE RESPONSE RATE.
