We are at 10% with a max of 35.00

We are 5% of total (parts and labor)up to $20.00 max. as of now we are covering all of our shop supplies with it, plus some extra that the office wont give up. I wanted to change it to labor only, but the controller wont give up the extra.

we are @ 8% on labor only, $19.95 max. Will waive if customer objects..after we explain what it is for.

We are at 10% of labor with a $15.00 cap. Do you have/show a specific extra charge on the RO for tire disposal fees?

We charge 3.5% with a max of $9.87. also we charge a $4.99 compliance fee. The compliance fee covers all the items that we are required to do by law(gloves, safety glasses, safety training, waste disposal, etc)since we have changed to this format our complaints are non existant. In SC we can not take off these expenses(similar to doc fees in sales)If a customer complains we just reduce the amount of labor accordingly.
