TRAINING

Is any one else having problems with GM training %'s. Our techs watch vidoes,IDL,cbt's etc.... but our training percentage seems to NEVER move. Is any one else having this problem???? Because it is problem enough that GM gets on your case about what % you should be at, then you finally get you tech to take a coarse, at your expense...there seems like no solution...if nothing changes soon or I do not find out what we are doing wrong(if we are doing anything wrong)I am going to forget all this & let my techs make money not cost me money.

I can agree that it seems to take along time to push the bar up! I can only suggest that when looking at the STS report (In each catagory), note the number of tech's required column. Then make sure to make sure that you have ATLEAST that number of techs completing the training class in that column. You can train all day, but until you meet the number required for each class you will not see an improvement in the %.
