I HAVE A VERY HIGH TURNOVER OF LOT ATTENDENTS.THE PAY IS LOW AND I'M SURE THAT IS ONE REASON.THE JOB IS HARD TOO.STILL IT'S ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT JOBS IN THE SHOP.WE WASH EVERY CAR SO IF THE WASH IS BAD,THE CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO KEEP THEM.

Have you tried moving them up the ranks ?
What we have done when available is move them into quick lube position, flat rate detailer, or service greeter positions when they have the abilities to do that position and they have good work habits (on time-hard worker, etc.)
When our other valets/car wash personnel see there is chance to grow they will usually work harder and stay around longer.
