We have split our Honda service deoartment into two shops-main and express service. How do we set up ERO for this?

Setup another skill (or subskill) and assign the express techs to be (P)rimary skilled.

Need to know how exclusive the express service is. Anotherwords, will express do ALL express service, or will an experienced tech perform the skilled and unskilled work to clean the whole RO.

If exclusive, your all set.
If experienced techs will finish the whole RO, then set this skill as (M)iscellaneous for your experienced techs. M skills will only be done if on a (P)rimary or (S)econdary skilled RO that is assigned to them.
Also, set the sequence of the skill to a lower number if you want it done first (before other lines on the same RO), or a higher number if you want it done last.

If you set up another team, the HTS (hours to sell) screen can only display one team at a time. I don't suggest this - unless you have other conditions that I don't know about.
