My blank is "Loss Prevention Manager".
Seems like it used to be about selling parts, getting new customers, and offering creative discounts. But now, with all of the negative consequences to certain activity and actions, it is all about not losing money, not losing customers, and not losing out on certain windows of opportunity. Long gone are the days of aggressive marketing for wholesale accounts, hot shot deliveries, etc...
So much different now.
