Where on dealerworld does it tell you GM wants a part back

Hi my warranty clerk does not know. I just took over a GM parts manager position. Where do you go to see if GM wants a warranty part back?

Go to Global Warranty Management in Dealer World and you will find notifications on the right side and drill down to see the requests.

You will be debited if not received at the WPC promptly!

Take the onine training ASAP!

Short term: get your APM or another Parts Manager (a local dealer you can call?) to walk you thru.

It's actually fairly simple, but several steps involved. Our Warr clerk checks daily, and brings us the request. There MUST be someone checking daily!
