New to GM, DealerTrack, and DealersEdge

Hello all. As it says above, I'm a newbie in more cases than one, coming from Toyota and Reynolds & Reynolds. Been hired to help stop the bleeding here and any advice would be greatly appreciated. We're a Chevy only store ( used to be Olds also ) Biggest issue now is getting RIM return quantities off the inventory. Thanks in advance for any and all advice and comments.

Welcome to insanity!!!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure you accept EVERYTHING that RIM put on you returns. Remember that 100% protection is a BIG lie.
Overlapping orders and taking a sale off of an RO (not a credit, just removal) WILL eliminate your "RIM protection".
If you buy 100% of what they want you will get big smiles from your Rep. and NOTHING else. Best of luck. If you thought there was ANY common sense to this program then you really need to head back to Toyota!
