GM Loyalty Numbers Not Updating on Global-Dis-Connect

If you are in the daily habit of checking your loyalty numbers like I am,
I noticed today that my numbers have not updated since August 7th...
You might want to check your report date, upper left corner of the screen.

Ours was updated as of the 12th. Hopefully yours has been too.

You can always check the report on gmprograminfo dot com. I hate how it looks likes you are doing great on the daily report and when it updates you drop like a bag of hammers.

Look under the Reports and Recognition tab on the right and then under the dealer parts loyalty link. It pulls up in an excel file so you can easily filter it to see what part numbers are killing your percentages.
