I downloaded my monthly reports off Collisionlink and it seems I am missing 1 credit per month on average starting back in May.
Has anyone experienced this? How or who do you call for missing credits from these reports?

Has anyone in GM experienced missing credits from GM on Collisionlink claims?
I downloaded my monthly reports off Collisionlink and it seems I am missing 1 credit per month on average starting back in May.
Has anyone experienced this? How or who do you call for missing credits from these reports?

Sorry Boss but another one of the reasons I don't use it. Just another 3rd party fiasco courtesy of GM!

No issues here. Do you submit them through collision link directly or manually through LAM?

That is strange. I have never had a problem. Is it for a bump claim, Body Shop Program Claim (3.5%) or both?

2 are BTC FLEET claims and 1 is the Bump claim.
