"Due to the error you may see a larger number of policies to be worked. Please work these ASAP to ensure proper RIM order quantities." RIM said that
In other words: "Due to OUR screw up we expect YOU to bust YOUR butt to cover OUR sorry ass." I said that!

2 proposals this morning vs 550 yesterday. I'm off this Friday so I hope I won't have to process all them in 2 days!

Must come from the bailout mentality. We screwed up and went bankrupt, so fix our mess. :x

Cmayne, my thoughts exactly. They screw it up and now we have additional crap to deal with. Oh well what else would we do with all our free time. LOL Gotta Love that Great GM Feeling.

Would that be all the "free time" they told us we would have when RIM first started. They must mean all the "free time" to wet nurse returns (100% protection), part number changes (they can't keep up with), fast moving parts (ditto), seasonal parts (weak at best) and now SLP that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with same day repairs. It' friggen October and I do not have enough wiper blades but by God They want to put in more AC Compressors. Oh yeh "THAT FREE TIME", I forgot all about it. Perhaps we should just have GM pay us a 35% stocking fee on all the one shot wonders we had to sit on for 15 months.

Not sure how this correlates to RIM restratification but check your RIM Inventory Value and notice how your RIM SP piece count and value have dramatically decreased and your Non SP RIM piece count and percentage have gone up for the month of October.

Know it has to be the result of some programming snafu that came about because they tried to alter something without anticipating what else could be screwed up in the process.

If you suggest constructive changes to the programming, they'll tell you "they're not changing anything at present time" because it's too complicated and costly, yet in the background they tweak the programming any time they see it to their advantage.

I like this statement in the message: "Due to the error you may see a larger number of policies to be worked." I call it round 2 of load the dealer up again. Time for them to show some profit in the last quarter. An error? No, I doubt it.

They say "it's all going to be better (fixed) tommorrow". If you so choose to believe this please save some Kool-aid for the rest of us!!!!!!!
