No RIM order today?

Yesterday my RIM order was 3 lines. Today no RIM order at all. It's not like we haven't been doing work and selling parts and all the proposals are approved. When the tech wants something that RIM hasn't reordered, I guess I can just say I'm waiting for RIM to manage my inventory. This is another fine mess you've gotten us in.

Had the same scenario the other day (5 lines) except the following day was 95 lines and typical is between 45 and 65 lines. But trust me, if you order a part for your tech and it comes in after RIM "orders" it, you don't even have to receive it, then that part will NOT be RIM protected. Just a little MORON Trivia for ya!!!!!!!!!! Been there done that

I know. Called the RIM help desk and was told they had a communication problem yesterday and it was past cut off before the problem was corrected. I should have told him evidently they are still having a problem communicating because I had to call to find out about it. Wish I had less than 60 days to put up with this s**t

Yup, me too... I was lead to think it was an Arkona prob, but found out it was a GM issue.

RIM is a "just in time" replenishment system. One day down can cause grief and headaches. We ran out of several parts and had to pick them up for a WD and several local dealers to keep the techs calm and marginally sedated.

Just to give you another quote from an old man I used to work for. He started a Dealership DURING the depression and succeeded so he was not stupid!!! "The more you handle a turd the more you get on ya".
Rim is the turd and I am so, so glad I only have 35 more working days to handle it!
