HONDA DEALERS/QUESTION

We received a Honda Accord without an Owners Manual packet. Honda is telling my service manager that if we buy it through HELM he can't file a transportation claim reimbursement. I have to get from Honda. In my 20 years, I have never went through this hassle. Does anyone know how to get owner manuals from Honda:?:

Buying from Helm is the proper way of buying manuals from Honda, unfortunately the invoice comes at month end. The warranty clerk submits it as a sublet being sure to add shipping and handling fees.
