RIM Compliance

Is anyone else having issues with their RIM compliance on the daily report on global today? Ours is showing 30% lower today than yesterday. I haven't denied any proposals in the last 2 days either.

Rim compliance percentage posts every monday, did yours drop that much from monday to today?

I have the same type of drop. BUT, it seems to be only showing up on the dealer daily report. If you look at your compliance through RIM, it will be a more "real" number.

I'm thinking that General Motors has access to, to much information in our DDS'

Mine was down over 30% today on the dealer daily report as well.

Mine is too and can't access the sales loyalty report.

This is on the RIM bulletin board today:

"1-21-2014 Compliance calculations loaded to the Dealer Daily Report are incorrect. Corrections are expected to be loaded tomorrow and should be visible on the Dealer Daily Report late tomorrow morning. Current week compliance is visible in Parts Work Bench\Run Compliance Query or in the RIM website under Key Performance Indicators\Compliance Query. MLC"
